The reconstruction of an old stone haystack where the cows were kept on the lower floor and on the top floor their food, gave rise to Casa da Vaca.

The preservation of its original stone layout, as well as its entire hayloft structure and rustic decoration, offers the guest a nostalgia and a return to our ancestors.

The name of Casa do Pastor (Shepherd's House) is due to its origins, since this great and big hayloft was used by the shepherds to guard their herds and the respective food.

The house was rebuilt, having preserved its original feature in stone. Its decoration and design, blending a rustic and modern line which was inspired by one of the four elements, the Air.
